This one-story complex building addition and interior renovation was designed as part of the Westdale Properties Headquarters, located in North York. The expansion provides multiple offices, an open office administration area, a large board room, additional storage rooms, single-use washrooms, and a universal washroom. The interior renovation included an expansion of the staff kitchen, file storage room, and the enlargement of the company exercise room.
