Mount Pleasant Village Public School, Library and Community Centre

The two-story school building is an exemplary and unique collaboration between the Peel District School Board, Brampton Library, and the City of Brampton Community Services. Physical spaces are shared throughout the building between the school, library, and community centre, serving as a model for sustainable living, and allowing the community to benefit from community facilities, public services, and integrated programming. The building won the National Heritage Award and the City of Brampton Building Award.
