TRCA Interim Head Office

Client: Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA)

The interior revitalization to the two-story new TRCA Interim Head Office provides a collaborative and open work environment for all staff. The open concept interior design includes several new meeting spaces, a large staff cafeteria and kitchen, a large board room, and a large atrium space for group gatherings, events, and quiet rooms. Flexible and adaptable workstations were provided throughout the two levels of office space. 

The project utilized a phased construction approach to ensure the building operated without any disruptions. The second level of the building was completed first to allow for the majority of TRCA staff to move into the building.
