The addition and renovation to the Bayview Glen Upper School constitute a three-story Prep School Addition to an existing school building. The addition provides the school with relief from the density of the site by showcasing a Roof Terrace and Allotment Gardens which will be used for outdoor classrooms and activities. The renovations provided for additional classrooms, student commons areas, and a lounge area. The core spaces like Gymnasium, Auditorium, Dining Hall and Library are strategically located around the pedestrian alley to encourage and promote interaction and collaboration.
